Refund Policy
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds are issued if product is damaged caused by handling during shipping but not by personal use. Some products may not grant a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order#). If item is damaged from shipping, please provide a image of the packaging the product was sent in as well as the damaged product.
There are situations where only partial / no refunds are granted. For example:
Original Work - It takes much longer to produce and package original items, if it arrives damaged and you want a new one you do not have to pay again. If you do not want a new one, a partial refund of 50% will be granted upon request.
